Dobbs Ferry resident Kevin Holloway was in Westchester County Court on Tuesday, Feb. 19 as his attorneys requested, and were granted, additional time to provide new documents and discuss others already submitted into court, according to FiOS1. He has been ordered to appear back in court by April 30.
Holloway was indicted last month and arraigned on charges that include manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of reckless assault of a child after his child suffered head trauma while in his care.
Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced that on Tuesday, Jan. 22, that while in their Dobbs Ferry home, Holloway allegedly caused severe injuries to his 8-week-old son. The injuries to the inside of the infant’s head and brain were “consistent with acute abusive head trauma,” and it was determined that was the case of the child’s death.
